It is contemptible that the authority gave them little time to respond to the orders.

きょう午後２時、イスラエル市民行政機関の２人の役人が兵士を連れ立って私たちの農場に来ました。私たちが昨年イスラエル軍当局の許可なしに建てた９ヵ所の破壊命令を通達するためです。その命令は、テント、家畜小屋、古い家の前庭につくった屋根、休憩小屋、水タンク、コンテナ、それに新しくつくった２ヵ所の地下ケーブの破壊です。ひとりの役人は破壊命令書をつくり、もうひとりは２台のカメラで写真をとっていました。連れ立っていた兵士たちは、終始私たちに銃を向けていました。

ヘブライ語で書かれた破壊命令でしたが、私は受理するための署名を拒否しました。その破壊命令に反対し対応するためには、たったの３日しか（猶予を）与えられていません。このタイミングは、私たちが３日以内の裁判所による命令阻止を困難にするため（なぜなら金、土は週末だから）、正確にしかも故意に木曜日に計画されたものです。この目論見は、私たちのすばやい行動を不可能にさせるためなのです。私は弁護士に連絡しましたが、かれは反対文書を作成して日曜の朝に軍事法廷に送ると思います。日曜の朝には、弁護士をとおして軍の法廷から破壊を阻止する書類を受け取るのを期待しているのです。

もし何か起こったら、さまざまな行動の準備と注意を喚起することをお願いします。

かれらは私たちの魂を打ち砕こうとしていますが、私たちはそれに勝る善と正義によって抵抗し悪魔に打ち克つことを決意しています。

Dear Friends of Tent of Nations all over the world,

Today at 2.00 pm in the afternoon, 2 officers form the Israeli CivilAdministration guarded by Israeli soldiers came to our farm and gave usNINE demolishing orders for nine ( structures) we built in the lastyears without a building permit from the Israeli Military Authority. Thedemolishing orders are for: tents, animals shelters, metal roof infront of both old houses, the restrooms (Shelters) , a water cistern, ametal container and 2 underground renovated cave structures. One officerwas writing the demolishing orders and the other was taking pictureswith two cameras, Israeli soldiers were following them everywhere andpointing their guns on us.

The demolishing orders were written in Hebrew and I refused to signreceiving them. We have 3 days only to react against those demolishingorders. The timing for delivering the demolishing orders was plantproperly and purposely on Thursday, in order to make it difficult for usto try to stop those orders by the Israeli court within 3 days, becauseof the Jewish weekend (Friday and Saturday). The idea is to make itimpossible for us to act quickly. I contacted our Lawyer and he willwrite an opposition and send it to the military court on Sunday morning.We hope to get a paper from the court through our Lawyer on Sundaymorning to stop the demolishing orders.

We would like to ask you to be prepared and alert for actions, ifanything might happen. We will keep you updated and will guide you foractions but please forward this E-mail to your friends.
