住民の声や低線量被ばくリスクを置き去りに、続々と解除されていく避難区域。
このまま福島原発事故はなかったことにされてしまうのでしょうか？
20ミリシーベルト問題、そして住民の合意なき避難指示（勧奨）解除について、
はじめて国を相手取り、司法の場でたたかいを挑んだ、南相馬のみなさん。
これはなんとしても負けられない訴訟です。
南相馬の原告のみなさまを孤立させてはなりません。
支援の会が立ち上がりました。訴訟の意義を社会に訴え、裁判を応援します。

２．【緊急署名】原発避難者の住宅支援を打ち切らないで！
〜継続中です。国際署名もキックオフ！　拡散を！

みなさまのご協力により、８日半ほどで、６１５９筆、７３団体の賛同を得まし
た。内閣府および福島県に提出しました。
26日の福島県への提出のときは、岡山・京都への避難者に加え、福島県の各地か
ら県民がかけつけ、以下を訴えました。
・避難者にとって、住宅は命綱。母子避難も多い。住宅支援を打ち切られてしまっ
たら困窮してしまう。
・原発事故さえなければ故郷を去ることはなかった。好きで避難したわけではない。
・県民を守るという立場から、県は国にしっかり と住宅支援継続を言うべきである。
・少なくとも、避難当事者の意見をきいてから、意思決定を行うべき。公聴会を
開催してほしい。
福島県は、「県として打ち切り方針を決めたわけではない」と回答しました。

Fukushima Prefecture reportedly decided to terminate free housing for voluntary evacuees by March 2017 and already began holding talks with relevant municipalities. However, there are still more than 120,000 evacuees today, with the number of voluntary evacuees estimated to exceed 30,000. Unfortunately, this number is likely to increase because the Japanese government has been scaling back official evacuation zones and forcing former official evacuees to continue their evacuation voluntarily ? many of their homes are located in areas with still high levels of radioactivity, equal to or greater than those in the reduced official evacuation zones. The majority of these voluntary evacuees are mothers and children.

Housing is a lifeline for voluntary evacuees. We shall not ignore their plight. Please join us and sign the petition to help them. Our friends all over the world, we need your support!

To: Fukushima Governor Masao Uchibori and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe

Fukushima Prefecture reportedly decided to terminate free housing for voluntary evacuees of the nuclear disaster by March 2017 and already began holding talks with relevant municipalities (http://www.asahi.com/articles/DA3S11758231.html). Housing is a lifeline for evacuees. Please do not terminate the housing subsidies!

Many of the voluntary evacuees wish to continue evacuation. Given that their homes are located in areas with still high levels of radioactivity, they are unable to return out of concern for their small children. They are deeply concerned about health effects of radioactivity, and their concern is well founded: Fukushima Prefecture Health Management Survey has so far found 117 children either diagnosed or suspected of thyroid cancers, including eight children who had shown no abnormality during the first round of examination. Fukushima Medical University insists that no causal relationship exists between the nuclear disaster and the pediatric thyroid cancer, but the jury is still out. So please listen to what evacuees have to say.

Governor Uchibori, please act as an advocate for the prefecture that has gone through the unprecedented nuclear disaster, and request the national government to establish comprehensive housing subsidies for evacuees. Prime Minister Abe, please extend the provision of free housing for evacuees from a humanitarian perspective.
